What do I need to do to the ground before Chad arrives?

The area should be cleared of debris and brush. While we can build on most surfaces, a level gravel pad is ideal for drainage. If your ground is uneven, we can discuss leveling options during your consultation.

How much "workspace" do you need around the shed site?

We generally need about 2 to 3 feet of clearance on all sides of the shed so our team can safely frame, side, and roof the structure.

Will building on-site be noisy or messy?

It is a construction site for a day or two, so there will be some sawing and hammering. However, we pride ourselves on a "Clean Site Guarantee"—we pick up every scrap and nail before we leave.
