Style Overview

Both models feature a classic Barn/Gambrel roof and 76.5" wall heights.

 

• Homesteader (HS): Perfect as a cabin retreat or for storage with added loft space. It comes standard with a full-length 4ft wide porch, an 80" 9-Lite Fiberglass door, and three 2×3 windows.
   

• Deluxe Homesteader (DLH): Our premium cabin option, ideal for a workshop or hobby room. This model includes an upgraded 4ft full porch with a 12ft wraparound section, four 2×3 windows, and a bonus 12ft loft over the porch.

• 12' Buildings: Single 4-ft loft.

• Deluxe Homesteader Exclusive: Every DLH includes a standard loft in the back plus a massive 12-ft loft extending over the porch area.

Choose the footprint that fits your needs. Please note that 12' and 14' wide buildings are measured eave-to-eave; actual wall-to-wall measurements are 11'1" for 12' widths and 13'1" for 14' widths.

 

• 10' Wide: Lengths from 16' to 28' for the Homesteader model (160 – 280 sq ft).
   

• 12' Wide: Homesteader lengths from 16' to 32', and Deluxe sizes starting from 24' to 32' (192 – 384 sq ft).
   

• 14' Wide: Both models available in lengths from 24' to 40' (336 – 560 sq ft).

• Standard Siding: LP SmartSide engineered wood.

• Standard Roof: Metal with a 40-year warranty.

• Alternatives: Vinyl siding or Architectural Shingles with a 25-year warranty.
   

Doors & Windows

• Entry Doors: The Homesteader includes an 80" 9-Lite Fiberglass door, while the Deluxe features a 72" 9-Lite Fiberglass door suited for barn wall heights.

• Upgrades: Options include Solid or 15-Lite Fiberglass doors (starting at $350) and French Doors (from $900). Roll-up garage doors are also available for easier access.

• Windows: Standard 2×3 or 3×3 single pane windows, Transom windows, or energy-efficient Vinyl Insulated windows (starting at $250).
   

Interior & Electrical

• Electrical Packages: Choose from Basic (4 drops, $300) up to the Deluxe package (20 drops with 200 amp panel, $2,150).

• Insulation: Available for the floor, walls, ceiling, or as a full interior package.

• Storage & Workspaces: Add 24" deep workbenches or 16" deep 3-tier shelving (lengths from 4' to 12').

• Flooring: Standard 5/8" Huber PerformMax with a 25-year warranty. Upgrade to LVP Laminate in Slate Oak or Tawny Oak for a premium finish.

• Heavy Duty Floor: Upgrade to 12" O.C. floor joists for heavy loads.
   

Colors & Aesthetics

Select from over 21 standard Sherwin-Williams paint colors, including Renwick Olive, Tricorn Black, and Anchors Aweigh.

 

• Customization: Trim and door colors are independently selectable from the same palette.

• Roof Colors: Standard metal colors like Black and Ivy Green are included. Premium colors and Copper Penny are available for an upcharge.
