• Utility Shed (US): Best for pure storage, tools, and equipment. It features 72" Double Wood Doors placed on the front gable end and comes with no standard windows.

• Side Utility (SU): Best for side-access storage and equipment. It includes 72" Double Wood Doors placed on the side of the building and comes standard with two 2×3 windows.

• 8' Wide: Available in a 20' length (160 sq ft).

• 10' Wide: Lengths include 12', 16', 20', 24', and 28' (120 – 280 sq ft).

• 14' Wide: Lengths include 24', 28', 32', 36', 40', 44', and 48' (336 – 672 sq ft).

• 16' Wide: Lengths include 16', 20', 24', 28', 32', 36', 40', and 44' (256 – 704 sq ft)

Note: 12', 14', and 16' wide buildings are measured eave-to-eave. Actual wall-to-wall measurements are 11'1" for 12' widths, 13'1" for 14' widths, and 15'1" for 16' widths.

• Window Variety: Choose from various single pane sizes (starting at $50) or energy-efficient Vinyl Insulated windows (starting at $250).

• Electrical Packages: Basic (4 drops, $300), Standard (6 drops/100 amp panel, $650), Premium (14 drops/100 amp panel, $1,500), or Deluxe (20 drops/200 amp panel, $2,150).

• Insulation: Available as floor only, wall only, ceiling only, or a full package.

• Storage Add-ons: 24" deep workbenches or 16" deep 3-tier shelving are available in lengths from 4' to 12'.

• Flooring: Standard 5/8" Huber PerformMax is included, or upgrade to LVP Laminate in Slate Oak or Tawny Oak.

• Heavy Duty Floor: Upgrade to 12" O.C. floor joist spacing for heavy equipment or vehicles.​
