Pioneer & Deluxe Pioneer Sheds

Step up your property with a Pioneer or Deluxe Pioneer shed. These structures are pre-built, delivered directly to your site, and available throughout the Carolinas. Whether you need a hobby space or a premium retreat, these models offer the perfect blend of utility and curb appeal.​

Style Overview

Both models are designed with a classic A-Frame roof style and 93.5" wall heights.​

​

  • Pioneer (PC): An ideal choice for a workshop, storage, or hobby space. It comes standard with a full-length 4ft wide porch, an 80" 9-Lite Fiberglass door, and three 2×3 windows.
     

  • Deluxe Pioneer (DLP): Designed as a premium cabin retreat or studio. It upgrades the experience with a 4ft full porch plus a 12ft wraparound section and includes a total of four 2×3 windows.
     

​Available Sizes

We offer a wide range of sizes to fit any property. Please note that 12', 14', and 16' wide buildings are measured eave-to-eave; actual wall-to-wall measurements are 11'1" for 12' widths, 13'1" for 14' widths, and 15'1" for 16' widths.​

  • 8' Wide: Available in lengths of 12', 16', or 20' for the Pioneer model (96 – 160 sq ft).

  • 10' Wide: Lengths range from 12' to 28' for the Pioneer, with Deluxe Pioneer sizes starting at 24' and 28' (120 – 280 sq ft).

  • 12' Wide: Pioneer lengths available from 16' to 32', while Deluxe Pioneer lengths range from 20' to 32' (192 – 384 sq ft).

  • 14' Wide: Both models available in lengths from 24' to 40' (336 – 560 sq ft).

  • 16' Wide: Both models available in lengths from 24' to 40' (384 – 640 sq ft).

Customization Options

 

Siding & Roofing

  • ​Siding: Standard LP SmartSide (engineered wood) or optional Vinyl siding. Specialized LP Silver Siding or Gable Accent Colors are also available.

  • Roofing: Standard Metal roof with a 40-year warranty, or optional Architectural Shingles with a 25-year warranty.​

Doors & Windows

​

  • Standard Entry: An 80" 9-Lite Fiberglass door is included with both styles.

  • Door Upgrades: Choose from Solid Fiberglass, 15-Lite Fiberglass, or French Doors (starting at $350). Optional Roll-Up Garage Doors are available in 6x7, 8x7, or 9x7 sizes.

  • Window Upgrades: Various single pane sizes (2x3 to 3x3) and Transom windows are available. For improved energy efficiency, choose Vinyl Insulated windows (starting at $250).

Interior & Electrical

​

  • Electrical Packages: Options range from the Basic package (4 drops, $300) to the Deluxe package (20 drops with a 200 amp panel, $2,150).

  • Insulation: Can be added to the floor, walls, ceiling, or as a full package.

  • Workspace: Add 24" deep workbenches (with or without shelves) or 3-tier shelving in lengths from 4' to 12'.

  • Flooring: Standard 5/8" Huber PerformMax with a 25-year warranty, or upgrade to LVP Laminate in Slate Oak or Tawny Oak.

  • Joist Spacing: Standard 16" O.C. spacing, or upgrade to 12" O.C. Heavy Duty spacing for heavy loads.

Colors & Aesthetics

​

Personalize your building with over 21 standard Sherwin-Williams paint colors, including Anchors Aweigh, Renwick Olive, and Tricorn Black.

  • Independently Selectable: You can choose different colors for the siding, trim, and doors from the same palette.

  • Metal Roof Colors: Numerous standard colors are included (e.g., Burnished Slate, Ivy Green). Premium colors and Copper Penny options are available for an upcharge.

  • Custom Extras: Further customize with a Wood Ramp Kit ($235), Two-Tone Walls ($125/wall), or Rustic Faux Rock Siding ($400 – $2,000).
