Style Overview

All barn models feature a signature Barn/Gambrel roof and 76.5" wall heights.

Mini Barn (MB): The perfect solution for compact storage and small yards. Due to the shorter wall height, the Mini Barn does not include a loft.
Lofted Barn (LB): Our standard barn aesthetic, featuring two included lofts for overhead storage. Doors are placed on the front gable end.
Side Lofted Barn (SLB): Combines the massive storage of two lofts with convenient side-entry access. This model comes standard with two 2×3 windows.

Loft Specifications

Apart from the Mini Barn, our barn styles include standard lofts based on the length of the building:

12' Buildings: Single 4-ft loft.
16' Buildings: Two 4-ft lofts.
20' – 24' Buildings: Two 6-ft lofts.
28' – 40' Buildings: Two 8-ft lofts.

Available Sizes

Choose from a variety of footprints to fit your space. Note that 12' and 14' wide buildings are measured eave-to-eave (actual wall-to-wall is 11'1" and 13'1" respectively).

8' Wide: Available in lengths from 8' to 16' (Mini and Lofted models).
10' Wide: Lengths from 12' to 24' (Mini and Lofted models).
12' Wide: Lengths from 16' to 32' (Lofted and Side Lofted models).
14' Wide: Lengths from 24' to 40' (Lofted and Side Lofted models).

Customization Options

Siding & Roofing

Standard Siding: LP SmartSide engineered wood.
Standard Roof: Metal with a 40-year warranty.
Alternative Options: Vinyl siding or Architectural Shingles with a 25-year warranty

Doors & Windows

Standard Doors: 72" Double Wood Doors are included on all three styles.
Door Upgrades: Solid, 9-lite, or 15-lite Fiberglass doors (starting from $350) and French Doors (from $900).
Garage Doors: Optional Roll-Up Garage Doors available in 6', 8', or 9' widths.
Windows: Single pane 2×3 and 3×3 options, or energy-efficient Vinyl Insulated windows (starting at $250).

Interior & Electrical

Electrical Packages: Choose from Basic (4 drops, $300), Standard (6 drops/100 amp panel, $650), Premium (14 drops, $1,500), or Deluxe (20 drops/200 amp panel, $2,150).
Insulation: Options for floor, wall, ceiling, or a full interior package.
Storage Upgrades: 24" deep workbenches or 16" deep 3-tier shelving (lengths from 4' to 12').
Flooring: 5/8" Huber PerformMax comes standard with a 25-year warranty. Upgrade to LVP Laminate in Slate Oak or Tawny Oak for a finished look.
Heavy Duty Floor: Upgrade to 12" O.C. floor joists for heavy loads.

Colors & Aesthetics

Choose from over 21 standard Sherwin-Williams paint colors, including African Gray, Endless Sea Blue, and Tricorn Black. Trim and door colors can be selected independently.

Metal Roofs: Standard colors like Black and Burnished Slate are included. Premium colors (e.g., Charcoal, Gallery Blue) carry a $100 upcharge.
Exterior Details: Add a Wood Ramp Kit ($235), Two-Tone Walls ($125/wall), or Faux Rock Siding (from $400).
